These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website alphacar.in and the self-drive car rental services provided by KRZYCARS RENTAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("Alpha Car Rental", "we", "us"). By booking or using our vehicles, you ("the renter") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Indian driving licence with a minimum of one year of driving experience.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar) must be provided at the time of booking or handover.
• Only the person(s) named and verified in the booking are permitted to drive the vehicle.

2. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful verification and payment of applicable charges and the security deposit.
• Rental rates are quoted per 24-hour period unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary by model, duration and season.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including GST.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected before the vehicle is handed over. The deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned undamaged, on time, and with no pending traffic challans, fines, or fuel/km dues. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.

4. Fuel policy

Vehicles are provided with a recorded fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Fuel used during the rental is the renter's responsibility. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference plus a refuelling charge may be deducted from the deposit.

5. Kilometre limits

Each rental includes a defined number of free kilometres per day, as stated on the Pricing section of our website. Distance driven beyond this limit is charged at the applicable per-kilometre rate.

6. Use of the vehicle

The renter agrees not to:

• Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating substance.
• Use the vehicle for any illegal activity, racing, testing, towing, or subletting.
• Allow any unauthorised or unlicensed person to drive the vehicle.
• Carry passengers or load beyond the vehicle's rated capacity.
• Take the vehicle outside the agreed area without prior written approval.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of the deposit, and liability for any resulting loss.

7. Traffic fines and challans

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, challans, tolls and penalties incurred during the rental period. Any such charges received after return will be recovered from the renter or deducted from the deposit.

8. Damage, breakdown and accidents

• The renter must inspect the vehicle at handover and report any existing damage before driving off.
• In case of an accident, breakdown or theft, the renter must inform us immediately and, where required, file a police report.
• The renter is liable for damage caused during the rental, subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy and any excess/deductible.
• Costs not covered by insurance (including consequential loss of rental income during repairs) may be charged to the renter.

9. Late return

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns are charged on a pro-rata or per-day basis and may attract additional penalties. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental, subject to availability.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Car Rental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of a rented vehicle, including loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Our total liability shall not exceed the rental amount paid for the relevant booking.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided in good faith for general information about our services. While we strive to keep all details — including vehicle availability, pricing and policies — accurate and up to date, they are indicative and may change without prior notice. Vehicle images and model names are for representation; the specific make/model provided may vary within the booked category. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until a booking is confirmed in writing by us. Alpha Car Rental makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted website availability or the accuracy of third-party content such as maps.
