Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Alpha Car Rental, operated by KRZYCARS RENTAL PRIVATE LIMITED. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. How to cancel

To cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible by phone at +91 97999 91365 or email at krzyalphacar@gmail.com with your booking details. Cancellation is effective from the time we receive your request.

2. Cancellation charges

Refund of the rental amount (excluding the refundable security deposit, which is always fully refundable if the car was not taken) is based on how far in advance you cancel before the scheduled pickup time:

Any convenience fees, payment-gateway charges or delivery charges already incurred may be non-refundable.

3. Security deposit refunds

The refundable security deposit is returned in full after the vehicle is returned undamaged, on time, and with no outstanding dues such as fuel shortfall, extra-kilometre charges, traffic challans or fines. Deposit refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method. If any dues apply, they will be clearly itemised and deducted, and the balance refunded.

4. Cancellation by Alpha Car Rental

In rare cases — such as a mechanical issue, unavailability of the booked vehicle, or events beyond our control — we may need to cancel a booking. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative vehicle. If no alternative is acceptable to you, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

5. Early returns

Rentals are charged for the full booked period. If you return the vehicle earlier than scheduled, the booked rental amount for the reserved period is generally non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing at the time of return.

6. Refund method and timeline

• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method used at booking.
• Rental-amount refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days of approval.
• The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund or check its status, contact us with your booking reference. We will confirm eligibility and keep you updated until the refund is completed.
